Gina Stropko graduated from the National Institute of Massotherapy and became licensed in 1997. Massage has numerous health benefits for everyone, physically, mentally and emotionally. Massage helps relieve tension which has many positive effects and it improves circulation of blood and lymph. Helping to oxygenate our cells, tissues and organs, Massage promotes the elimination of wastes or toxins. Massage is wonderful for our skin and our bones. It helps our joints stay limber and helps the muscles stay toned and even improves our mobility.

Touch is necessary for our development as babies, thus all of us humans benefit from touch. Cold and sensitive hands and feet are relieved as circulation improves with Massage. It can help reduce pain and sensitivity and even joint inflammation and is helpful with nerve problems and neuropathy. Massage can help improve sleep and aids in enhancing our sense of well being which can help with anxiety and depression. Studies have shown how Massage increases the rate of healing after an injury or surgery, helping to prevent adhesions and scar tissue and can help relieve muscle spasms.

Massage Therapy goes hand in hand with many other healing modalities. Since she began her Massage Therapy and Reflexology Practice in 1997, Gina has continued her studies in Natural Healing including Tai Chi, Polarity Therapy, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Shiatsu, Shamanism, Myofascial Release, trauma and stress release therapies, Meditation, Aromatherapy and pain management. Gina combines different modalities of bodywork and energy work according to the comfort and needs of each individual and has extensive experience working with senior citizens and those suffering with chronic pain.
